Got a good steak knife set
I was looking for some new steak knives and found Sabatier K. Decided to try their set. The website was easy to use, nothing confusing. The knives came pretty quick, like within a week, which was cool. They look nice on the table and feel good in your hand. Cut through steak really well, no struggle at all. Good quality, delivery took a bit
I ordered a stainless steel chef knife and a forged paring knife. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, no issues there. Shipping to my address in Colorado took about 8 days, which was a little longer than I expected, but not terrible considering it came from France. Both knives arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The chef knife has a good weight and is very sharp, making prep work much easier. The paring knife is also excellent for smaller tasks. I haven't needed customer support, so I can't speak to that. Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of the products, just plan for a bit of a wait on delivery.
Consistently great knives
This isn't my first purchase from Sabatier K, and like always, they delivered. I needed a new bread knife and a sharpening steel, so I checked their site first. My previous orders, a chef's knife and a utility knife from a few years back, are still going strong. This bread knife is just as high quality, cuts through crusty loaves smoothly without tearing. The sharpening steel is solid and works well with my other Sabatier blades. It's nice to know I can always rely on their craftsmanship. Shipping was reliable as usual, took about a week and a half to get to me in Texas. It's why I keep coming back when I need new kitchen tools.
Solid nakiri knife
I bought a nakiri knife. It arrived in good condition. The blade is very sharp. It makes chopping vegetables fast. Good weight and feel. I'm happy with it.
